Welcome to Pivot Sports: Book Courts and Manage Your Club Effortlessly!.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") regulate the use by your sports club/venue (“Club”) of the booking app (“App”) and web platform ("Platform"), provided by Pivot Sports. ("We", "Us", or "Our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App and Platform. By accessing or using the App and Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App and Platform.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

- The App and Platform is for legitimate business purposes only.
1. Your responsibilities:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your Club when registering and using the App and Platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not use the App and Platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App and Platform software.
- You may not interfere with the operation of the App and Platform or any other user's use of the App and Platform.
- You will be required to activate a Stripe Connect account in order to use the App or Platform. Once you have received your Stripe Connect key, you will be able to activate your Club on the App and Platform via the onboarding process.
1.1 Our Responsibilities:
- We will provide you with onboarding /training to effectively onboard your Club data.
- We will provide you with timely support/help where required by emailing us at support@pivotsports.io
- If you use RevolutioniseSPORT we will sync the data held by RevolutioniseSPORT pertaining to your Club into the App and Platform so that these systems are in sync at all times. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect or missing data held by RevolutioniseSPORT that finds it’s way into the App or Platform
- In the event that you wish to correct or add missing data that has originated from RevolutioniseSPORT you will be able to do so on the Platform.
- If you do not use Revolutionise SPORT you will be responsible for your data accuracy and input.
- We do not support RevolutioniseSPORT. You can get help on online sports management | revolutioniseSPORT
- We do not support Stripe. You can get help on Stripe: Help & Support
2. Fees and payment:
- A 4% fee will be charged directly to the player to cover Our App and Platform service fee. This service fee will be over and above the Club court fee.
- You will be required to set up a Stripe Connect account to use the App and Platform in order to receive your booking payments. Stripe commission fees will apply to every booking transaction that is made on this platform. The Stripe commission fee will be automatically deducted by Stripe.
- You will receive the net amount of Stripe booking commission and Our commission (see example below)
- The payment of your fees will be timely and set-up and controlled by the Stripe payment process.
- Pivot Sports has a standard Cancellation and Refund policy that is embedded into the App and applies to bookings made. Refer Cancellation and Refund policy in the App
- You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees that apply to your country.
- We do not support Stripe. You can get help on Stripe: Help & Support
Example of fees Paid:
- Player pays $30 for the booking + Pivot Sports 4% fee ($1.20)
- $31.20 gets charged to player and transferred via Stripe
- Stripe fee is taken from the $31.20 as follows:
$31.20 - $0.846 (0.546 + .30c) = $30.354 Net fee
- Net fee $30.354 - $1.20 = $29.154 is paid via Stripe to Club
- Pivot Sports receives $1.20
3. Term and termination:
- These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or Us
- You may terminate your use of the App and Platform by giving us a 30 days notice period via email at support@pivotsports.io
- We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the App and Platform for, but not limited to, the Violation of terms and conditions, harmful practices or bringing Our App or Platform into disrepute
4. Disclaimer of warranties:
- The App and Platform is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the App and Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
5. Limitation of liability:
- We will not be liable for any damages, financial or otherwise, arising out of your use of the App or Platform, including, but not limited to: direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages
- Your sole remedy for any claim arising out of these Terms is to terminate your use of the App or Platform
6. Indemnification:
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or Platform
7. Intellectual property:
- The App and Platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, reproduce, sell, or license any content from the App or Platform.
8. Governing law:
- These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions.
9. Dispute resolution:
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Delaware Arbitration laws then in effect. The arbitration will be held in State of Delaware, USA and conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on the parties.
10. Entire agreement:
- • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and Platform.
11. Changes to these Terms:
- We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the App and Platform. Your continued use of the App and Platform after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
